Lakhan 11 o clock was just a predictive timing but the result hasn't been announced yet and it can be announced anytime today and the reason for CBSE site not opening for you because as many of the students must be simultaneously checking the website so due to heavy traffic the website sometimes gets slow in opening in comparison to usual time.

You can open any one of the official websites - jeemain.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in or results.nic.in to check the results. As it has not yet been declared so you can keep checking in every half an hour to get updated on the status.

Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!
