why there is no girls hostel inside the college?

You didn't mentioned the name of the college for which you are asking the question. In general, for most of the medical colleges, the Girls Hostel or the Boys hostel are out of the campus in order to have less contamination of transmissive disease among the students in the hostels.
Now this is one of the perspective, there can be other problems as well.
