please be a little more clear about your question. for school registration in boards like central or state boards you need not do any specific registration. the registration  is done by the school itself. for competitive exams you can participate in mop up rounds to secure a seat in your choice colleges. wherever you do your schooling that is the state you are registered with. you can contact the school office for further queries
