Hello aspirant, for your kind information the help  centers are for the help when they is any consumption in the certificate verification  if you had any certificate verification  problems related to tc eamcet you consult the ts help center, whereas you had any problem in the ap eamcet verifications then you must consult the ap help centers, it depends upon the form where you apply but they will not be any misplace of state centers.
