Hello Sekhar Gosh!

First of you should know that Chemical engineering and chemistry are not  same.Chemical engineering uses some basic rules of Chemistry but at the end of the day you have to deal with mathematics and physics stuff and you will also study programming language in Chemical engineering. So coming back to your question there is no problem in taking Chemical Engineering even if you are not good in chemistry or you don't like too much.

Hope it answer your concerns.
