The finals of 11th state board will definitely be held in maharashtra in 2021. But will it be offline or online that one cannot be sure right now as we are seeing the increasing number of cases these days. The exams might turn up to be online if we see more number of cases being kept increasing continuously in maharashtra. But it might also be kept as offline since the government seems to be not ready for another lockdown so I'll rather suggest you to be prepared for both of them thoroughly.
