Will I be eligible for JEE ADVANCED if I have more than 75% in ISC boards but I am not in top in 20 percentile of ISC boards(I HAVE 99.2 PECRCETILE IN JEE MAINS)??

yes, For sure you are eligible for the admission through jee advanced because you have already cleared the eligibility for the qualification for the iit through the jee mains examination. You will have to register for the jee advanced exami;nation and do well for it. Morevoer you will have a good chance for admission in nits  through the percentile score.
