Yes you will be given choice .You can fill any number of college and any branch .You will be alloted seats as per you rank and the college cut off.So don't be worried about it.You can choose whichever college you like and whichever branch.It is advised to fill all the branch of a college .There might be high cut off of a particular branch and low for another branch and this might be a chance for you to get into that college.
