Will i be in the top 20 percentile of hsc board 2019 results... ?

EVS will not get considered in best five. And according to your result, you're getting 71%. Last year top 20 percentile ended near 77%. This year it may vary ± 2%. Since this year, question pattern was relatively easier and more students has passed the exam, you can expect end percentage of top 20 percentile has increased.
