You would face absolutely no problems at all if your photo is not similar to the one in your Aadhar Card. According to the latest updates, the honorable Supreme Court of India has declared that Aadhar is not mandatory for any competitive exam like NEET or AIIMS. Hence, you don't need to worry about anything. Focus on your studies and score as much as possible.

No problem because this happen with everybody that many people made their aadhar card many years ago but they are applying the form this year sowhat will they change their photo every year? Obviously, No. So, Don't worry about that but if you want to change your photo in aadhar card then you can apply for the correction in aadhar card.
