532 marks in Neet out of 720 is quite a good score. You know the cutoffs change every year as it depends on various factors so it is quite difficult to predict. It seems Karnataka is your home state so going by the last year cutoffs of various medical college, then most of the government medical colleges of SVU Region has the cutoffs above 540 marks. But few colleges such as ACSR Government Medical College had the cutoff score of 526, Government Medical College and Government General Hospital, Ananthapur and Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa both had the cutoffs score 532 last year. So if it is follows this year then you have great chance to get a government college. But keep in mind this is based on previous year data and this year it might change.
