It's little bit high rank according to number of seats for admission in IPU. But being an outside Delhi candidate plus you belongs to OBC category, there may be a chance to get a admission. Keep ine thing in mind that don't sit for only IPU, also aware of other colleges. In case you don't get admission, you can go for other options.

This is a high rank to be considered for M.Sc in IP University but nevertheless, there are chances that you might get admission in M.Sc
At times, the admission process becomes really unpredictable because people with low rank also get admission in good colleges.
So, don't loose hope and go for the registration and counselling process.
Make sure to participate in the Spot round as well because it would be an added benefit because you are an outside Delhi candidate.
