Yes you can.

acc to last few years, thapar university is decreasing its cutoff.

but try to clear JEE,

avoid attempting question which you arent sure about

Yes you can. According to last year cut offs, you need to rank under 1.8lakh in jee mains to get good branches at Thapar University.
