Hello Dear
No dear right after the completion of your JEE mains online exam you won't get your results. It will be done after few days may be approx to One month. The results will be declared by the authorities of NTA with the respective cuttoff of various categories and strength of candidates who have qualified for the JEE Advance entrance exam. It will be declared in the official website of NTA

Yes ofcourse, you will get right score if you will do right answer.
There may no error by JEE main exam. You have to attempt right answer.

Result of January exam will be declared on 31st January.
Before this answer key and omr will be shown and challenge against question will be accessed.
And for April after 21 answer key and omr will be shown and answer key challenge will accept
And on 30th April result will be declared.
