will i get saims dental college in upgradation in mopup round! marks 400 category general...i have already got a dental college in round 2 ???

It is very difficult to get upgradation in mopup round and also there is some risk in rejecting the seat that you got in second round of counselling because to attend the mopup round you have to reject your alloted seat in earlier rounds. And there is no surety for the mopup round.
