will I get seat in iiits with rank in SC category 9413 under jeemains exam

By comparing your Sc rank with IIITs cutoff, sorry to say that but you will have no chances for getting a seat in IIITs. A maximum of 6500 sc rank are accepting in IIITs.
Do not loose hopes, you can go for various best private colleges which gave best packages.
