Dear Sanjiv, the first preference will be given to CAT 2018 and CMAT 2019 scores. The remaining seats (if any) will be filled in by the IPU CET scores. So, from this year for admission into GGSIPU, candidates can apply through their CAT/CMAT/IPU CET scores. You can fill in the application form online when it releases on www.ipu.ac.in.
