Your JEE-Main rank will be prepared on the using the data of all candidates appear for JEE-Main 2021 in total, in fact therefore this percentile system has been adopted, this will remove any kind of partiality, like earlier when there was only one attempt allowed for JEE-Main then ranks are allotted on the basis of candidate's marks but now as there are multiple shifts so some shifts might be easier whereas some might be tougher so to remove all these differences percentile system has been adopted and now the rank will be allotted on the basis of candidate's percentile.

The final result will get declared after JEE Main May session.

your jee percentile of feb 2021 will be calculated taking into account the number of students who wrote the exam in feb session and not  the total number of students who gave jee this year in all sessions.
