will round two state telangana cut off mark and rank will be higher or low than the first round

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well
In maximum cases the cutoff would be better in round 2 when compared to first round as some students make chances to change the College .
In that case you can definitely get a seat but it doesn't happen all the time some times there would be no change in some Colleges .
But hope for the best
