Will SC/ST/OBC and other seats other than only General seats, all be converted to general seats, in decentralised councelling of Jadavpur University, or will these reservation in seats still occur in Decentralised councelling?

If there are seats left for SC/ST/OBC then only there will be reservation in the Decentralised Spot round counseling in Jadavpur University . There will be 90% seats left for students satisfying domicile criteria in general and the other 10% for students from all state of general category, 10% for OBC-A,7% for OBC-B,6% for ST,and about 22% for SC in the counseling rounds .
