Will there be 2nd round counselling for aiims 2019 definitely? Or is there any chance for cancellation if all seats are filled in 1st round?

Dear Sir / Ma'm, second round of counseling is generally held for admission to every college. However, in rare situations where it is seen that all the seats are filled up by the end of the first round of counselling, then the authorities might not conduct a second round of counselling as well.
