From 2016, JEE came up with its new set of rules on things which will minimise the chances of cheating in the examination hall.
Pens and Water bottles
will be provided by them.
Pens are provided because, now a days pens that have high potential to help candidates to cheat are available in the market.

Since this year in JEE advanced you are allowed to carry black ballpoint pen with transparent body, so this means they will not provide you the pen so carry it.
And water bottle is prohibited in the exam hall so they will provide you water bottle.

As you may be knowing that jEE advance 2019 is being conducted on 27th of may .
jEE advance consist of two papers each 3 hrs.
You will get no pen or water bottle inside the examination hall.
You even can't take along with you pen,pencil,water bottle.
