According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your rank would be in the range of 9152-10802 and your percentile would be in the range of 98.79-98.99 and on the basis of these percentile and rank you can get CSE branches in some of the NITs like NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Sikkim, NIT Jamshedpur and likewise. For some of the NITs you need to be of any of the reserved category and you should deserve the Home state quota.
