With 151802 rank(general category) , can I get admission in Comp Science in PEC?

Hello there. Considering that PEC is Punjab Engineering College, then impossible to get seat in PEC with that rank as being a very reputed college the cutoff for general category is often upto 30k so it's not possible to get admission in PEC.
