The cut off for General Category for NEET 2020 is 720-147. Now there are 2 kinds of cut offs. One is qualifying cut off and the other is the cut off required to secure a seat. This applies to all those courses that take admission through NEET score. With a score of 161, you qualify in NEET but  unfortunately haven't secured a score enough that can get you a seat in MBBS. This remains the same with Al_Falah Medical College. Even the Management Quota seats are filled through State Counselling and so 161 marks do not stand a chance. And with this score you cannot certainly get a Government Quota seat in this College.  But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021. If you want to reappear for NEET 2021, you can prepare with the help of our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
