Hi student,
I would like to inform you that you need to have atleast 60% in the class 12 Boards with all the subjects attempted in the same year ,so in your situation while taking the drop for NEET you need to apply for Class 12 boards with the subjects Biology, Chemistry and Physics and score atleast for a total of 60% so that you can appear for the NEET the next year, if you are able to score a total of 400+ in the NEET exam then you can definately get a seat in the medical field but it all depends on your state and the degree you wanna pursue .
