Though you can apply for all the top colleges, getting those is a bit tough as competition is at the highest level now-a-days. You can opt for Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College ( JGEC ) , Kalyani Government Engineering College ( KGEC ), Coochbihar Government Engineering College ( CGEC ), University of Calcutta, Academy of Technology ( Private ) .

NOTE : I don't know which branch you are opting for. You can get Jadavpur University also on lower branches such as Construction Engineering and Production Engineering. So, fill your choices starting from your preferred branch and top most college in West Bengal. Best of luck !
