Dear aspirant,
According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of applicants, clat difficulty this year etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, for general category cut off last year was around 459 for general category and 1594 for state general for tnnls since you have not mentioned any specific category i am assuming it to be general, and if i am not wrong acc to previous years marks vs rank anlysis your rank will somewhat lie between 4610 - 11683 or above that , comparing this rank range with previous years cut off's you might not have a chance.
