Every year the qualifying cut off percentile changes depending on number of candidates appeared, the difficulty level of the exam paper, highest score, number of seats available, previous year cut off etc. Taking the previous year cut off percentile for JEE Main into consideration you have decent chances of qualifying in JEE Main. The cut off percentile in 2020 for OBC-NCL category was 72.8887969. In 2021 the cut off percentile is going to be in between 70-75 percentile. Candidates qualifying in JEE Main are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
Considering the percentile that you have score you can expect your rank to be in between 199485 - 224250. With such rank it is difficult to get seat in an NIT or IIIT.
