Well PSUs shortlist on the basis of score.Visit the link to check the cut off of all the PSUs if your score is satisfying then you may get a call otherwise not.

You can apply by yourself to all the PSUs individually.

Since you are a student belonging from the reserved category domain then in your case it will vary from company as well your branch too.
