NCERT is very important to be covered for medical entrances like NEET UG, AIIMS MBBS & JIPMER but you have to know the depth of every topic.  So if you have covered the NCERT properly and all your concepts are clear then go for practice papers of previous exams. chances would be there to get good marks and admission in good college.

good luck
