For this, we need to look at 2020 Cut Off marks for BAMS Course (Non Donation) -

Cut off Marks for General Category (OPEN) - 435
College Allotted with 435 marks - Radhakisan Toshniwal Ayurved Mahavidyalaya (RTAM), Akola

So with 286 marks, it is difficult to get BAMS seat via General Category . However, there are certain Private Colleges where you can get BAMS Seat with your rank. To check what all colleges you can get with your rank (via All India Counselling), you can check out College Predictor (including AYUSH) - https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor

However, I would suggest you to take a drop, try harder for NEET 2022 and finally grab a seat in Government College. You can use Careers360 Platform for your preparation. In the list you will see that, in SR. No. 33, a student named SARKAR DEEPANSHI ALOK got admitted to this college (via General/Unreserved Quota) with 282 marks. And in SR. No. 34, a student named KALAMKAR ISHIKA SANJAY got admitted (via General Quota, even though was an OBC candidate but didnt choose to use reservation card) with 118 marks. So I think you can get this college (without donation/institutional/nri quota).
