Well its good enough a score. And the chances of gettting government college as per last year cutoffs are fairly good.last year around 538 marks had got a seat. 

However the trends vary each year.. So this years trends will decide as to which college u shall get. 

But chances are good.

With this you can get Sarojini Naidu medical college (548)  Motilal Nehru Medical College ( 556) , Lala lajpat Rai Medical College ( 543) , Govt  Medical college kannauj ( 537) to name a few. The digits in the brackets are cutoffs for the previous years.
