Congratulations for clearing the COMEDK exam. Yes, you can sit in the Round 2 of the COMEDK seat allocation process even after you have surrendered your seat. You have to make a demand draft of Rs.5,000/- drawn on a Nationalised Bank in favour of COMEDK (APP No. XXXXXXXXX) payable at Bangalore and can later continue in the round 2.
