Hello Aspirant!

I am assuming that your question is :- Write a pair of integers whose sum gives (i) 1 and (ii) zero.

If my assumption is correct, then the answer will be :-

(I) If we take a pair of integers a and b where, a = 3, b = (-2), then : a + b = 3+ (-2) = 1

(ii) If we take a pair of  integers p and q where, p = (-5), q = 5, then : p + q = (-5) + 5 = 0

You know that the meaning of an integer is any number that has no fractional part, and no digits after the decimal point. An integer can be positive, negative or zero.

eg. (-2353), 103, 4, -1, 54550 are all integers. But 1/2, 5/13, 0.34, 0.5 are not integers.

I hope this answer will help.
