General PGDM is always combination of Finance, Marketing and Operations and International business which is more focussed on strategy planning.

Whereas PGDM with other specialisation is focussed specific with that particular branch and all latest industrial development.

General PGDM gives good overview of all facets of management and has good competitive edge over others.
