Category reservation is not applicable for the candidates who belong to non-local region. Non-local candidates are considered as general category candidates. SO you will be allotted seat under general category based on TS EAMCET score. Based on the given score your rank is expected to be around 15000. The original rank is subjected to change depending on factors such as top score in the exam, normalized marks, total number of candidates appeared, tie breakers etc.
