Master of Arts (MA) in Persian is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Jammu.


Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate should have passed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Persian from any Government University. Or
  • Bachelor's degree with Persian as a subject in any two semesters of graduation 
  • Or 
  • B.A, B.Sc. With an advanced Diploma in Persian 
  • Or 
  • Bachelor's degree in any subject with fair knowledge of Persian language and literature and proficiency in Perso-Arabic script 
  • Candidates who have appeared or are appearing in the final year examination of the qualifying degree are also eligible to apply provisionally.

Admission Details

The admission Common University Entrance Test on the basis of merit secured by the candidates in CUET, conducted by the National Testing Agency.
