yeah you can get the addmission through the comedk definately but you have to go under Comedk councelling along with that kindly once contact with bangalore university what excatly procedure they under go for other state

Admission in Bangalore university have already started in month of july starting on 9th and ended on 20th july. And admission was based on merit and marks scored in b.com.

Kindly reframe your question properly as the current statement is not making any sense. If you are pursuing BBA from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu, you cannot just switch the University to continue your course from Bangalore University.
