Lateral entry is basically entering a college while having completed the previous year or semester in another college. It is possible in some universities and colleges to get lateral entry but not many of them provide such facility. Also it depends on the course one is studying, usually lateral entry is seen in B.tech courses. Some universities providing lateral entry are Mumbai University, Mizoram University, Maharashtra Institute of Technology and other as well. I hope you find this helpful.

As you have not asked what category of college you want i.e for commerce or management or engineering or law, I suggest some colleges on based on all categories. These list is not in a preference order. It is random.

1-) Christ University - Management , commerce and social sciences.

2-) Pes University- Engineering.

3-) Ramaiah Institute of technology - Engineering.

4-) Kristu Jayanti college - Law, Arts and management.

5-) Jain university - Multi-Disciplinary.

If you're asking regarding application form for BEd 2020 session, it's scheduled to take place around July of the next year.

Fee structure of BEd in Bangalore University is 21,710 on an annual basis.

Eligibility Criteria for this is as follows-

Passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate in all subjects of graduation level, in case a candidate has less than required aggregate, having Master's Degree in relevant subject with 50% aggregate too is applicable. There's relaxation for reserved category, they need only 45% marks in all subjects.

Candidates who have scored marks equal to or greater than the cut off marks are eligible to participate in the counselling process.

Candidates who wish to participate in KMAT counselling must check the official schedule on the website.

Those selected for the counselling process will get a counselling letter.

Original as well as a photocopy of the letter must be brought by the candidate during the counselling.
