Chandigarh University is a very new university established in 2012. 

The placements can't be said much about

because only 2 batches have been placed.

Faculty and the infrastructure is one of the best in the north india region.

But, you should try for the colleges in bangalore and Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology, Chennai

Previously llm(master in law) was 2 year course,but now it is shortened to one year.LLM is available in both forms:1) full time and 2)part time.Both have some advantages and disadvantages.Full time courses are better as it will take 9-12 months to complete the course but part time may take more than one year.In full time course you can devote full time to studies but you at the same time you have to leave your job.You cannot work and study at same time but in part time you can do your job also.In part time ,there will be weekend classes.
