Chandigarh University is well known for its placements.

If you are hardworking and sincere then you'll surely get good internships and placement. Faculty is average because there are so many students that teachers are not able to focus equally on each and every student. So you have to set major goals to get good placements. Their is well trained placement cell that prepares students for placement interviews 

It has strict rules for attendance, Ragging free campus. 

College crowd is just okay, not so great and not bad as well.  

Average packages are between 4-5 lacs. Reputed companies like Amazon, Paytm, Infosys, cognizant etc visit the campus for placements.

Computer science department has highest number of placements in reputed MNCs . Hotel management and engineering department also have good placements.Other branches also have average placements.

But every University has few drawbacks as well , even IITs and NITs are also not that good to make students understand everything.

Also University is crowded. But infrastructure, facilities and placement training is good. 

Teachers are supportive but you should make your Mind, set major goals , work hard, and choose your course wisely as per your interest area, potential and skills.

For the course of BBA i would suggest you to go for CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY , as it is the best university for BBA in the north region. The St. Xaviers college on the other hand is also a very nice college having a superb infrastructure but it is more popular for arts. So the best choice for BBA is Chandigarh university for you.

yes you can go for christ unuversity banglore for m.tech , as teh college is good and placement over there is also worth it, many of teh top companies visit campus for the recruitment at a good packages.

First of all there is no doubt that NLU Delhi is much better than Christ University. NLU Delhi is considered to be IIT and IIM of Law Education. The placements and quality of education also contributes towards high ranking of NLUs as compared to Christ University. Apart from placements, the fee structure at Christ University is tremendously high. NLU is a Public University whereas Christ University is a private one. If you've to make a choice between an NLU and Christ University then no doubt go for NLU.

The dress code at both the Universities is as follows - 

Chandigarh University

Chandigarh University has mandatory dress code only on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, B.E. students (both girls & boys) have to wear white shirt with stripped red color tie (available in university premises) and grey shade color pant. Though formal shoe are listed as mandatory with dress code, but no one focus or care much about shoes.

In the christ University

For boys: formal pants and shirts; t-shirts (no slogans) with jeans (not torn); no baggy pants and no low-waist jeans. jeans, formal pants allowed. They can flaunt long hair provided they tie it.

For girls: Salwars and kurtis with jeans. No sleeveless or body hugging tops. 

No revealing or body hugging dress

Teachers: Saree for women and formal pants and shirts for men.
