The participants must have completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or hold a two-year Master’s Degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institution accredited by UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, or a State Government. A minimum three years of full time work experience after the completion of the qualifying education is required. However, internships and training periods will not count towards this work experience requirement. Candidates who meet the educational and work experience criteria but are currently not employed are also eligible to apply. The final selection of candidates will be carried out by IIM Nagpur.
