Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhopal which is widely renowned as IISER Bhopal was established in the year 2008 and it is an ‘Institute of National Importance’. Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) scholars admitted to BS-MS and BS programmes at IISER Bhopal are offered KVPY fellowships as per KVPY norms. Students admitted via the other two channels: SCB and JEE Advanced are offered a limited number of INSPIRE scholarships as per the norms prescribed by the DST INSPIRE scheme. KVPY scholars are entitled to a fellowship of Rs. 5,000 per month and contingency grant of Rs. 20,000 under SA/SX/SB- during B.Sc./B.S./Integrated M.Sc. /M.S./B.Stat./B.Math. IISER Bhopal scholarships include KVPY fellowship, JRF fellowship (for Ph.D. students), INSPIRE scholarships etc. To avail IISER Bhopal scholarships, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed. IISER Bhopal opens admissions for BS-MS and BS programmes in online mode on the official website - iiseradmission.in. Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhopal admissions are offered at the undergraduate and doctoral levels in the field of science education and research. Candidates need to fulfil the IISER eligibility criteria as prescribed by IISER before applying for IISER admissions.
For IISER UG admission, IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) score will be considered which is an entrance test conducted by the institute. My college expands over 250 acres with lush greenery.It has four Academy buildings dedicated to All the departments.All the AB buildings have latest technology and equipments for the research.My college has 8 hostels:5 for boys,3 for girls.We have a cricket ground,volleyball court,basketball court,kho kho ground,Kabaddi Ground and also badminton courts.we have a gym with all kinds of equipment. We have also a three storied library with ground floor for text books first floor for reference text books and magazines and second floor for research papers MS thesis and computer lab.

The college infrastructure is too modern . As it has been 15 only years the permanent campus of the institute got established. The condition of labs and classrooms in lecture hall complex is just superb.

IISER Bhopal class is awesome and worth the fee you are paying. There are air conditioned classrooms having smart boards. Wi-Fi facilities are available for the students both in the college campus and the hostel. The food in the hostel is good and too many items are included in the menu.

Placements at IISER Bhopal is very good. Mainly candidates after BS-MS degree go for higher studies in the world abroad universities like MIT Cambridge, Harvard, Stanford and Princeton etc. Some of the students take admission in Top IITS for PhD and many students placed in job sectors.
