Since IISER does not declare their cutoffs, it is difficult to tell whether or not you get admission. However according to students personal experiences and the generalized question paper cutoff of about 110/180 marks is required to get into IISER. You may not be able to get into any. Note this is just an assumption though.

But a bit tough but hold on your nerves till the last round and you might get in it.The score is fair but there will be a lot of population hovering around this set of score .So, just pray in my view till spot round a chance in any one might be there.

When it comes to your undergraduate and graduate education, you will be eligible for scholarships if you majored in pure science in both your undergraduate and graduate studies. Your percentage should be greater than 75% and you have it so no worries. If you are selected for the kvpy fellowship, you will almost likely be awarded one as well. The KVPY Fellowship is designed for students who are enrolled in a research-oriented programme at a university or college level in Korea. The IISER and IISc are mainly designed for students who want to pursue a career in the scientific or technological field.

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) is going to conduct IISER aptitude test on September 17, 2021. The authorities invite admissions in 5-year BS-MS degree courses through three channels namely JEE Advanced, KVPY, and SCB. The student who wants to apply through the SCB channel needs to appear in the IISER aptitude test 2021. Candidates applying for JEE Advanced or KVPY channel are provided direct admissions. The IISER aptitude test 2021,  a computer-based test (CBT), 3-hour multiple-choice paper having 60 questions will be conducted in online mode. Separate application processes will be done for all three different modes of admission. There are seven participating institutes taking admission through IISER.

Master of Science in Astronomy and Astrophysics is a two-year full-time course. The admission to the M.S. courses is done through the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) so you will have to give GATE exam to do Master of Science in Astronomy and Astrophysics in Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram. Hi. You can take admission in a particular college where you got a seat allocated in a particular round of counselling. If you are not satisfied, you can also apply for up gradation in the subsequent rounds. If you get a seat, your documents will be transferred and your fees will also be adjusted accordingly.

You get to know you are selected or not directly  since there is a change in every year's cutoff.In year 2019,People scoring 96 were alloted seat in first round,marks of 86-88 were alotted in second round and 83-85 in 3rd round.So as you can see  you have less chances in getting admission in ISER since your marks is very low than the average cutoff every year.

There is more chances since you get 89 marks. But your chances can be changed if more people have applied for iiser aptitude test, which indirectly decreases your chances to get seat in iiser tvm. Overall you can just wait and watch and we hope for your best.
