24 MonthsDiploma in Medical Sterilization and Hospital Logistics is a twoyears full-time Diploma program and it is offered by Jaipur National University, Jaipur.
- A sterile processing technician is someone who cleans and sterilizes used surgical instruments and other medical supplies so that they can be safely redistributed and reused on additional patients. This work is usually centralized in a special department of the medical facility.
- Without medical sterilization technicians the Patients would not receive necessary surgeries and many people would lose their lives from preventable infection or untreated medical conditions. Their work impacts nearly every department within modern hospitals and surgical centers.
Eligibility Criteria
A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with 50% marks (Science, Arts, Comm.) stream or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
