36 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time three-year Doctoral program and it is offered by Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Wayanad. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
A candidate must have passed the Master’s Degree in the respective/ related subject recognized by the University with an OGPA of 7.5/10 or equivalent OGPA/equivalent percentage of marks at Master’s Degree level. For SC/ST candidates the OGPA shall be 7.0/10 or equivalent. Students awaiting results can also apply.
Selection shall be done from the rank list prepared on the basis of the OGPA secured in the qualifying exam, score in the entrance exam, Publications, Experience and viva-voce conducted by the committee constituted by the University.
