Case been filed on opjs university owner for thousands of fake degrees were issued by them across the state and The investigation revealed that the universities were distributing fake degrees through brokers and issuing certificates for unaccredited courses.

OPJS university is not fake. It is a private university established in 2013 and is a UGC approved institute. OPJS university, jaipur is a university approved by NCTE.Admission to Ph.D. course is given through the entrance test and interview round conducted by the university. OPJS University offers full-time Ph.D. course of two and a half years duration in about 85 specializations. The university also offers Ph.D. in part time course for duration of three and a half years.
