24 MonthsMaster of Computer Application is a professional Master’s Degree course in computer science. MCA course duration is 3 years and for lateral entry students, the course duration is 2 years. MCA course explains in-depth and extensive knowledge about computer applications. The MCA course is intended to provide modern, industry-oriented education in applied computer science.
Eligibility Criteria
Recognized Bachelors Degree of minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at graduate Level. Obtained at least 50% (for SC/ST/OBC 45%) at the qualifying Examination
Students having CUET Score will be given preference in merit.
Lateral Entry
Students should have successfully completed a PG diploma as defined by NEP 2020 to seek admission into Semester 3 of NEP based two-year postgraduate program post completion of exit formalities at college/ university.
Students shall be allowed lateral entry in the streams/ subjects already pursuing.
Students can seek lateral entry into a program till the validity of their credits on ABC, which is 7 years.
