Beant College of Engineering and Technology Gurdaspur is a government-recognised college that was established in the year 1995. The Beant College of Engineering and Technology Gurdaspur is spread over 70 acres of land. The BCET Gurdaspur was inaugurated by the Chief Minister, Late Sardar Beant Singh Ji, on August 20, 1995.

Beant College of Engineering and Technology, Gurdaspur offers scholarships to meritorious students. The BCET Gurdaspur scholarship scheme’s goal is to help deserving students cover a portion of their living expenses while they pursue higher education. 

To avail BCET Gurdaspur scholarships, candidates should fulfill the necessary criteria. To be eligible for scholarships candidates have to fill the application form and upload the required documents. Scheme of 'Merit cum Means Based Scholarship' For Students Belonging to The Minority Communities

An amount of Rs. 20,000 per annum. 

The scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured more than 50% marks or equivalent grades in the previous final examination.


The annual income of the family from all sources should not exceed Rs.2.50 lakhs per annum.

Scheme of 'Post Matric Scholarship' For Students Belonging to The Minority Communities

The admission and tuition fee for UG & PG level is Rs. 3,000 per annum.

The scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured more than 50% marks or equivalent grades in the previous final examination.


The annual family income should not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs per annum.

The campus is actually quite spacious and green. Buildings are properly maintained and classrooms are decent sitting with ventilation. Some of the labs are well equipped for core engineering branches but some are outdated. Wifi is available across the campus and hostel but not the fastest.

Sardar Beant Singh State University is very good for study.

My college has very good infrastructure. It provide most of the facilities that a would need i.e Library, Wifi for work study, Canteen. It has proper equipment for games and studies as well. College is well-managed and cleaned. The infrastructure of the college has also improved in last few years.
